1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and patpkr ("patpkr", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the patpkr website at patpkr.net and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, slots, and live dealer tables.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use patpkr.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence.

2. Eligibility

To register and use patpkr, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. patpkr strictly prohibits use of its services by anyone under 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification is not satisfied.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any corporate entity for commercial purposes.
• You have confirmed that online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with local laws before using patpkr.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register maintained by patpkr or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You do not already hold another active patpkr account. One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

When registering a patpkr account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your password with any third party.

You agree to notify patpkr immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. patpkr shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. patpkr treats all transactions executed using your credentials as authorised by you unless you have notified us in advance of a security compromise.

• Use a unique, strong password — do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in account settings.
• Do not log in to patpkr on shared or public devices without logging out when done.
• patpkr will never request your password, JazzCash PIN, or Easypaisa passcode via chat or email.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on patpkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. patpkr does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at all times.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited instantly.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000. Processing times vary by payment method; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless patpkr approves otherwise in writing.
• patpkr reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in a withdrawal being delayed or declined.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the gaming balance. Contact patpkr support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• Any attempt to charge back a deposit through your payment provider while retaining gaming funds constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on patpkr are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are available within each product area of the platform. The following general rules apply across all patpkr products:

• Bets are accepted entirely at patpkr's discretion. patpkr reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be amended or cancelled by the User except where patpkr provides an explicit cash-out or bet cancellation feature.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or betting event, patpkr will investigate and apply a resolution it considers fair. In cases of genuine system error, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Any bet placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement will be voided.
• patpkr operates a maximum payout limit per event and per account. Players will be notified of applicable limits within the relevant product interface.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets on patpkr is strictly prohibited.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

patpkr may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives. All promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general principles apply:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be claimed using methods designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• patpkr reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without notice.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to minimum wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Applicable wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant offer terms.
• patpkr reserves the right to withhold bonus-derived winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has abused the bonus system — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other forms of bonus exploitation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless patpkr explicitly states otherwise.

7. Responsible Gaming

patpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes this obligation seriously. We provide the following tools to help users manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account.
• Session time limits: Configure reminders when a specified session duration is reached.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through account settings or by contacting patpkr support. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the stated period.
• Reality checks: Optional periodic pop-up notifications during gaming sessions showing time elapsed and session activity.

If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we urge you to use these tools immediately or contact patpkr's 24/7 support team. patpkr takes 18+ enforcement seriously and will terminate any account found to be operated by a minor.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on patpkr and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Operating more than one account on patpkr, whether personally or in conjunction with another person.
• Using patpkr services for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting errors, technical faults, or software vulnerabilities in the patpkr platform.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the patpkr platform.
• Match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating in casino or card games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing patpkr staff or other Users through any communication channel.
• Accessing patpkr from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, where patpkr has geo-restricted access.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on patpkr — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of patpkr or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any patpkr content without express prior written authorisation from patpkr. Unauthorised use of patpkr intellectual property will be pursued legally.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, patpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities caused by service interruptions.

patpkr provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. patpkr does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit patpkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

patpkr may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete satisfactory identity or payment verification.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity — accounts with zero balance inactive for 12 months may be closed.

On closure of an account for reasons not attributable to User misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method after deduction of applicable fees. Bonus balances are not refundable upon account closure.

You may close your patpkr account at any time by contacting support. Requests for permanent self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours.

12. Amendments to These Terms

patpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of patpkr following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which patpkr is incorporated. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution authority. patpkr will provide full cooperation with any regulatory investigation or consumer complaint process initiated through a legitimate authority.

Users are reminded that certain legal proceedings may not be available in jurisdictions where online betting is restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to be aware of the legal landscape applicable to you.
